Kumari

... are specially–selected pre–pubescent girls, who are worshipped as manifestations of the divine female energy or devi in Hindu and Buddhist traditions. The word 'Kumari' is derived from a Sanskrit word meaning 'princess'.

The Kumari is revered and worshipped by some Nepalese Hindus, particularly in the Kathmandu Valley. There are several Kumaris, some cities having more than one, but the best known is the Royal Kumari of Kathmandu. She lives in the Kumari Ghar, a palace in the centre of the city. Other Kumari are chosen for one day, on certain festivals.

Wikipedia reports that as of 2017, the Royal Kumari is Trishna Shakya, aged three, installed in September 2017 by the Maoist government that replaced the monarchy in 2008.
